Adding more than one result-chain item (Outputs)

Doing the Exercise from Week 2 of the ADAPT training and can't see how to add additional horizontal levels for results chain items (e.g. Outputs) to the Logframe record.
I can see that the green icon can be used to “nest” lower levels into higher ones. But that is not what I want to do. I want to add items on the same level e.g. 1.1.1 then 1.1.2. rather than sub-items.
I tried saving the first Outcome and then selecting Edit but this does not help. Anyone managed to solve this?

LynnWoolfrey Only after saving the levels you can add the values. You can have five types of levels: Inputs, Activities, Outputs, Outcomes and Impacts.
